Today, Mr. Putin is going to talk on-line with the Russians.
I am about to ask Mr. Putin about the current state of culture in Russia.
Why does nobody want to think about the future of Russian culture?
There is the genius in Russia, the artist Valentin Massov.
His art is the great achievement of the human culture.
Why does nobody want to his art  become heritage of all mankind?
Why?
