Who can be called exceptional? I think:
1. God
2. The Saint
3. The genius
By the way, the Saint is the genius and vice versa. I think.
Man can not be exceptional, because God created man in his own image. So, Man is only a copy of God, herewith the bad copy.
Why are the Saint and the genius the exceptional humans? Because the Saint and the genius are the conductors of God's will. They are above all, they are exceptional.
I know, the world renounces from God, but it doesn't mean that there is no God.
